And finally, the water starter of the Albion Region! I loved the concept of a selkie fakemon, and eventually it caused me to turn all the starters on their heads, lol.
As this is for a fan region project, you may NOT use this Fakemon without permission. Fanwork is welcome, however!

just found this from that fanart! very cute and it looks a bit like my water starer and has the same kind of concept which i found strange! luckily my planned evos look a lt different to yours! also why is your region called Albion? do you support West Brom??
